Topical amorolfine has lowest mics against various strains of dermatophytes. Amorolfine has more effective fungistatic and fungicidal action than bifonazole and cyclopirox olamine.
Amorolfine activity increases in combination with other antifungal agents like ketoconazole , terbinafine , itraconazole and floconazole against trychophyton mentagrophytes.

Application
